Our service is solely restricted to automated trading application development, deployment, and maintenance. All algorithms are based on back-tested data, but we do not provide any guarantee for their performance in the future. The algorithm running in an automated system is agreed with the user prior to deployment, and we do not take any liability for any loss generated by the same.
Past performance of advice/strategy/model does not indicate the future performance of any current or future strategy/model or advice by Kodiq Tech. Actual returns may differ significantly from that depicted herein due to various factors including but not limited to impact costs, expense charged, timing of entry/exit, timing of additional flows/redemptions, individual client mandates, specific portfolio construction characteristics, etc.
There is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of any strategy/model or advice provided by Kodiq Tech will be achieved. For our software development services, all projects are delivered based on agreed specifications and timelines. While we strive for excellence in every project, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue generation from the software we develop. The client is responsible for testing and accepting the deliverables before final deployment.
All subscription fees and project payments for software development are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any changes to the project scope after commencement may result in additional charges. We provide support as per the agreed terms in the service contract.
Mobile applications developed by Kodiq Tech are subject to approval by respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We cannot guarantee app store approval, though we follow all best practices and guidelines. Any rejections or delays by app stores are beyond our control.
All mobile app development fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Post-development support is provided as per the agreed terms. The client is responsible for ongoing app store fees, third-party service costs, and any required licenses for their application.
Performance of mobile applications may vary based on device specifications, operating system versions, and network conditions. We optimize for best performance but cannot guarantee identical performance across all devices and conditions.
Kodiq Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice. We are not responsible for any third-party services or integrations that may be used in conjunction with our services.
All intellectual property rights for custom-developed solutions are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. However, Kodiq Tech retains the right to use generic components, frameworks, and methodologies across multiple projects.
